Jason M. (J-Boy) Barnett, 45, passed into eternal life on December 26th, 2021.

Born in Louisville on March 16th, 1976, to Sheena Barnett & Floyd Vaughn. Jason was a 1995 graduate of Fern Creek High School and served his country in the United States Navy. He was a lineman for an internet utility company installing and repairing services. He was said to be one of the best in his field, but this was just one of many of Jason's talents. His generosity, love, and kindness to others had no boundaries.

Jason loved and adored his wife, Jennifer, children, Tyler and Abigail and his grandchildren, Gaten & Sage. He also loved spending time with his Cousin Michael's sons, Brady & Liam.

Surviving to cherish and carry on fond memories are his wife, Jennifer (Prestigiacomo) Barnett, son, Tyler Prestigiacomo (Ciara), daughter, Abigail Barnett, grandchildren, Gaten and Sage Prestigiacomo, sister Brittany Vaughn, considered brothers, Doug, Carl, & Jermaine Williams, mother, Sheena Barnett, father, Floyd Vaughn, and a host of in-laws, aunts, uncles, cousins and many, many friends.

Jason chose cremation and his wish will be honored.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, January 05, 2022 at Fern Creek Funeral Home (502) 499-1361, 5406 Bardstown Rd, Louisville Ky. 40291 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM with a memorial service in the chapel following at 6:00 PM.
