Janice Jones Dye, 64, entered eternal life on Sunday, November 13, 2022.

She was born Janice Lynn Whitely on November 30, 1957 in Louisville, Kentucky. Jan was a registered nurse at Baptist Hospital East and a 1980 graduate of Kentucky Baptist School of Nursing.  She was a member of West Broadway Baptist Church, attended First Cedar Creek Baptist Church in Cox's Creek, and enjoyed singing with the Pride of Kentucky Chorus.

Jan was preceded in death by her son, Joshua Jones and is survived by husband, Bruce Dye; sons, Jeremy Jones (Autumn) and Justin Jones (Jesica); stepdaughters, Rebecca Brauch and Adrienne Dye; grandchildren, Abigail, Madeline, and Charlotte Brauch, Joanna and Bruce Scholes; and Julianna, Johanna, Josiah and Miss Ella Jones; sisters, Rachel Walden and Ruthann Bradley; and aunt, Dorothy Patton.

Her funeral is 10am Friday, November 18, 2022 at Fern Creek Funeral Home, 5406 Bardstown Road with Burial in Cave Hill Cemetery.  Visitation is 12-7pm Thursday, November 17, 2022.
