Jan Perry, 37, passed away Saturday, July 29, 2023.

She was born Jan Michelle Sroufe on September 5, 1985 and obtained an associate degree in Medical assisting.

Jan was preceded in death by her father, Ralph Sroufe; and brother, Jason Cline.

She is survived by her son, Alan Marshall Perry; mother, Elizabeth Tandy (James); and sister, Jenny Lynn Sroufe.

Visitation is 3-7pm Thursday, August 3, 2023 at Fern Creek Funeral Home, 5406 Bardstown Road.  Private burial in St. Michael Cemetery.
