James Phillip Clark, of Louisville, Ky., passed on Saturday, May 20th, 2023 surrounded by loved ones. He is survived by his loving wife, Phyllis Clark (nee' Eversole), sister-in-law Leanne Eversole Metten (Ken Rollins), and his 3 children, daughter, Stephanie Mays (Kevin), sons, James Phillip Clark Jr. and Phillip Elliott Clark; including 3 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.

He was a beloved father and grandfather, a wonderful provider, an Air Force Veteran, AMVETS member, and the best drinking buddy. His legacy will be remembered through hearty laughs, thick eyebrows, and crossword puzzles. He touched the lives of everyone around him with kindness and humor. May his memory live on through his loved ones.

His funeral is 12:00pm Thursday at Fern Creek Funeral Home, 5406 Bardstown Rd. Visitation is 3:00-7:00pm Wednesday. Private burial will be in Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central.
