Helaine Napier Foreman, 83, died Monday, June 8, 2026. She was born on August 29, 1942, daughter of the late John Edward and Helen Clark Carrithers Napier. 

Helaine had a wonderful life having graduated from Eastern High School where she was a member of the marching band, and a long-time member of Highview Baptist Church. She enjoyed crafts, kids, and traveling, having been to all 50 states. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by the love of her life, Stanley W. Foreman. 

Survivors include; her children, Michele Nelson (Tim), Melodye Bayse (Steve), Todd Foreman (Stacy) and Ty Foreman; grandchildren, Matthew Nelson (Ann Morgan), Michael Nelson (Megan), Craig Nelson (Shelby), Cameron Bayse (Lexi), Moriah Kittle (Kurt), Kaleb Bayse (Rachel), Spencer Foreman (Carolina), Cody Foreman, Sierra Foreman, Ben Foreman, Megan Foreman and Madison Foreman; great grandchildren, Aria, Isla, Noah and Bella Nelson, Bailey, Keeley and Karlie Bayse, Krew, Kohen, and Kade Kittle and Amelia, Liam and Marianne Foreman; and sister, Jenny Weber (Chuck). 

Her funeral is 10am Tuesday, June 16, 2026 at Fern Creek Funeral Home, 5406 Bardstown Road, Louisville, Kentucky with burial in Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation is 2-7pm Monday, June 15, 2026.
