Glenn Butler, Jr., age 44, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away peacefully on May 9, 2025, surrounded by family and loved ones.

He was born on December 24, 1980 in Louisville, Kentucky.  Glenn was the son of Glenn and Yvette Butler and the brother of Valerie Butler. He confessed Christ at an early age and was a member of First Baptist Church of Jeffersontown.  He attended Millersburg Military Institute and graduated from Louisville Technical Institute with a degree in Computer Engineering Technology.

Glenn's hobbies included repairing computers, cell phones, playing video games, karate, baseball and socializing with friends.  He was employed by Butler Electric, Crown Services and HL Lyons.

A celebration of Glenn's life will be held on Friday, May 16, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at Fern Creek Funeral Home, 5406 Bardstown Road, Louisville, Kentucky with entombment in Resthaven Memorial Park, Louisville, Kentucky.  Visitation is 3:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 15, 2025 at the funeral home.

Glenn's compassion and warmth will be dearly missed but fondly remembered by all who knew him.
