George Vogl, 83, died Friday, May 6, 2022 at Baptist Health Louisville.

He was born Edwin George Vogl on April 28, 1939, son of Edward and Natalia Weber Vogl.  He was a retired manager of electric meters for LGE where he worked for 37 years.  George was a 1958 graduate of Fern Creek High School and was a member of Buechel Presbyterian Church.

George is survived by his twin brother, Edward John "Eddie" Vogl.

His funeral is 1pm Wednesday at Fern Creek Funeral Home, 5406 Bardstown Road with burial in Cave Hill Cemetery.  Visitation is after 11am that day until the time of the service.
