Garner Reece, 90, died Thursday, May 22, 2025.

He was born January 29, 1935 in Richmond, IN, son of Joseph and Bertha Williams Reece.

Garner was self-employed in the trucking industry and former owner of OK Storage in Louisville, KY.  Garner was a graduate of McKee (KY) High School and a member of Fern Creek Christian Church, Masonic Lodge, Scottish Rite and Kosair Shrine Temple.

Survivors include his wife, Ernestine Tillery Reece; children, Timothy Reece and Donna Shireman (Gerald); grandchildren, Brittany Kays, Natalie Flynn, Kadi Reece, Cody Reece, and Shelby Reece; and great grandchildren, Jaden Boykin, Delaney Flynn, Cameron Flynn and Robert Lee Waiz.

His funeral is 6pm Tuesday, May 27, 2025 at Fern Creek Funeral Home, 5406 Bardstown Road, Louisville, KY.  Visitation is after 2pm until the time of the service.  Private burial in TM Lakes Cemetery, Sand Gap, KY.
