Evelyn Myers, 100 years old, died Wednesday, July 29, 2026.

She was born Evelyn Helen Vierling on March 14, 1926 in Louisville, Kentucky, daughter of Carl and Myrtle Wehrley Vierling. Evelyn was a graduate of Atherton High School and a member of Southside Baptist Church for over 75 years. She worked in many capacities for Lose Brothers Lawn & Garden.

In addition to her parents, Evelyn was preceded in death by her husband, William S. Myers; and daughter, Beverly Andrews.

Survivors include her daughter, Barbara Henderman (George); grandchildren, Tom Rhodes (Lisa), Renea Kidwell (Scott), Barb Grask, Beverly Nash (Scott) and Jeff Henderman (Debbie); great grandchildren, Andrew, Austin, Alex, Jenna, Jeremy, Jessie, David, Traci, Taylor, Cody and Tiffany; and great great grandchildren, Colter, Wyatt, Sawyer, Ryan, Lane, Nash, Simon, Alyssa, Cheyenne and Emery.

Her funeral is 6pm Monday, August 10, 2026 at Fern Creek Funeral Home, 5406 Bardstown Road, Louisville, Kentucky. Visitation is after 2pm until the time of the service. Burial is private.
