Etta Sue "Bug" Bell, age 79, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family on Sunday July 9, 2023.

Etta was born August 8, 1943 in Swampton, Kentucky to the late Harris and Betty Salyer Arnett. She was also proceeded in death by sisters, Pauline Arnett, Ethel Fisher, Ruth Allen, Phyllis Howard and Aileen Howard; brothers, Sidney Arnett, Harold Arnett and Jack Arnett.

She retired from Kroger as a baker and continued baking delicious creations after. She loved her cats and dogs more than anything. Most of the time she could be found in the backyard looking at her flowers or watching the koi in the fish pond. She loved to spend time with her family and friends. She will be missed dearly.

Those left to mourn includes her daughter and son-in-law, Theresa and Leron Johnson Jr.; grandson, Tyler Johnson; granddaughter, Caitlyn Johnson; sisters, Joann Bailey and Brenda Hopkins; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and life long friends.

In honoring her wishes, she will be cremated and there will not be a service at this time. At a later date a private celebration of life and burial of her ashes will take place. The family sends a heart felt thank you for all the condolences, cards, and food they have received during this hard time.
