Edwin A. Davis, 85, died Sunday, October 16, 2022.

He was retired Jefferson County Police Sergeant and member of F.O.P. Lodge #614 and Watkins Memorial United Methodist Church.

Ed was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Loretta, just three months ago; a grandson and sister, Shirley Ailiff.

He is survived by his daughters, Vickie Goldsmith (Roger), Karen Patredis (Nick) and Valeria Sanders; seven grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; and sisters, Marlene Heuser and Darlene Langdon.

His funeral is 12pm Tuesday, October 25, 2022 at Fern Creek Funeral Home, 5406 Bardstown Road with burial in Resthaven Memorial Park.  Visitation is after 3pm Monday, October 24, 2022 and will conclude that evening with a F.O.P. service at 7pm.  Additional visitation is after 10am Tuesday, October 25, 2022 until the time of the service.
