Donna McCarty, 75, died Monday, July 1, 2024.

She was born Donna Lynn Burgan on January 25, 1949 in Harlan County, Kentucky.

Donna was a former JCPS school cafeteria manager.  She is survived by her husband, Roscoe McCarty; son, Wendall McCarty; grandchildren, Nicholas McCarty and Benjamin McCarty; and sisters, Martha Cain, Chola Davis and Micky Burgan.

Her funeral is 6pm Friday, July 5, 2024 at Fern Creek Funeral Home, 5406 Bardstown Road with private burial in Cave Hill Cemetery.  Visitation is after 3pm Friday until the time of the service.
