Donald Ray Stout, 90, of Fern Creek, died Friday, July 15, 2022.

He retired from General Electric after 34 years of service, was an Army veteran, member of Southeast Christian Church, and founding member of Fern Creek High School Alumni Association.

Don was preceded in death by his first wife, Alice Joy Insko Stout.  He is survived by his second wife, Sarah Gettelfinger Stout; sons, Terry (Katherine) and Troy (Christy) Stout; stepchildren, Patrick Ballard, Kathy (Kent) Hisle, and Karen (Palmer) Pillans; three grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.

His funeral is 10am Thursday, July 21, 2022 at Fern Creek Funeral Home, 5406 Bardstown Road with burial in Resthaven Memorial Park.  Visitation is 3-7pm Wednesday.
