Donald L. Griffith, devoted father, beloved brother, cherished son, proud grandfather, and loyal friend whose life touched many, passed away on July 30, 2026.

He was the loving father of Kevin Samuel, Christian Anthony, Jasmine Lynn, and Donald Jr. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Gabriella Heaven, and his son, Adam Olan. Donald was a proud grandfather to Tristin.

He was the cherished son of the late Benjamin Griffith and Phyllis Griffith.

Donald was the beloved brother of Jeffrey, Randy, Paula, and Susan. He was a loyal friend to many and will be remembered for the relationships he built throughout his life.

Born in Dearborn, Michigan, Donald was a true Detroit native. In 2008–2009, he relocated his family to Louisville in search of better opportunities. His strength, dedication to his family, and kind spirit left a lasting impression on everyone who knew him.

Donald will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all whose lives he touched.
