Dolly Case Meredith Epley Hart, 80, passed away Monday, September 19, 2022.

She was born February 19, 1942, daughter of Harold and Mary Cross Case.  Dolly was baptized in the Baptist Church.  She was a hard worker for over 50 years, self-employed as a certified caregiver for Alzheimer's patients.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Larry and Eddie Case; sisters, Edna Semar and Martha Smith; son, Don Meredith (Michelle); grandsons, Jimmy and Josh Meredith; stepson, Jeff Epley (Kathy); stepdaughter, Priscilla Hettinger; step grandsons, Steven Epley and Nick Hart; second husband, Jim Epley; and third husband, Harold Hart.

She is survived by her son, Ron Meredith (Sandy); sister, Shirley Collins; brother, Bubby Case; stepsons, Jerry and Greg Epley and Wayde, Greg and Neil Hart; grandsons, Scott (Tifany), Bob, Craig (Michaele), and Derrick Meredith; granddaughter, Sheila White (Jordan); great grandchildren, Kendra, Reya, Zoey, Jaclyn and Elijah; first husband, O'Neal Meredith; and special niece, Sandy Case.

Her funeral is 11am Monday, September 26, 2022 at Fern Creek Funeral Home, 5406 Bardstown Road with burial in Resthaven Memorial Park.  Visitation is 1-5pm Sunday, September 25, 2022.
