Dianne Cary Donovan, 82, died Friday, October 30, 2026.

She was born April 19, 1944 in Bridgeport, Connecticut, daughter of Ralph and Alice Cary Chace.

Dianne was an instructor for Louisville Technical Institute.

She was preceded in death by a son, Patrick Donovan and is survived by a son, Shannon Donovan (Jan); grandchildren, Tristan and Kelsey Donovan and Sabrina Allen; four great grandchildren; and sister, Carol Stallard.

Her funeral is 6pm Wednesday, November 4, 2026 at Fern Creek Funeral Home, 5406 Bardstown Road, Louisville, Kentucky.  Visitation is after 4pm until the time of the service.
