Deborah Kay Ricketts, 67, died Friday, February 2, 2024.

She was born September 30, 1956, daughter of Calvin Raley and Hazel Hurt.  Deborah was a retired teacher's aide for special needs students in the Spencer County School System.  She enjoyed hosting parties and gatherings for her family and was especially famous for her Halloween event.

In addition to her parents, Deborah was preceded in death by her husband, William.

She is survived by her daughter, Jennifer (Brandy Ricketts); grandchildren, Quentin Lee (Janet), Grace Ricketts, and Katie Mercer; sister, Pam Luntzell (Lowell); and brother, Tracy Raley.

There will be a private memorial gathering at a later date.
