Christopher S. Wright, 60, died Thursday, November 30, 2023.

He was born November 19, 1963, son of Welford B., Sr and Rosie Mae Hurst Wright.  Chris was a 1983 graduate of Fern Creek High School and a member of Eastside Praise Church.  He was a former press operator for Courier Carton/Neff Packaging and most recently worked for Triple Crown Restoration.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Olivia; and brother, Robert Wright.

He is survived by his wife, Rita Haag; children, Reuben, McKenzie, Chloe, Abby and Lydia; grandchildren; and siblings, Welford Wright, Timothy Wright and Kimberly Turner.

His funeral is 6pm Tuesday, December 5, 2023 at Fern Creek Funeral Home, 5406 Bardstown Road.  Visitation is after 10am until the time of the service.

In lieu of flowers, his family asks that contributions be made toward funeral expenses c/o Fern Creek Funeral Home.
