Charlene Branham, 86, died Wednesday, February 15, 2023.

She was born Mary Charlene Harris on September 6, 1936 in Braddock, PA, daughter of Thomas G. and Margaret Bowman Harris.  Charlene was a member of Fern Creek United Methodist Church. She liked to play games (Scrabble, Yahtzee, Bingo) with her family and friends, travel, and be a part of cookouts and the annual Derby party.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Marion Wayne Hardison, Jr.; second husband, Jesse Branham; and brother, Charles Harris.

She is survived by children, LTC M. Wayne "Butch" Hardison III, DMD (Judy), Michael T. Hardison (Freda) and Carla G. Jones (Brent); grandchildren, Joseph, Matthew (Hannah), Paige and Michael, Jr (Natasha) Hardison; great grandchildren, Olivia, L.J. and Paxtyn Hardison; sister, Grace Belcher; brother, Tom Harris (Velda); and sister-in-law, Martha Harris.

Her funeral is 2pm Monday, February 20, 2023 at Fern Creek Funeral Home, 5406 Bardstown Road with burial in Resthaven Memorial Park.  Visitation is 12-5pm Sunday and after 10am Monday until the time of the service.
