Obituary

Catherine Marie Davenport, 65, died Monday, April 21, 2025.

She was born August 15, 1959 in Denver, Colorado, daughter of the late Robert and Martha Fante Maskey.  Cathy lived in many states while her father was in the Army. This gave her a love for traveling. She enjoyed visiting Panama City Beach and Gatlinburg. Cathy was a graduate of St. Elizabeth of Hungary Elementary School and duPont Manual High School. She was a member of St. Elizabeth of Hungary and St. Gabriel Catholic Churches. Cathy was a devoted and loving wife, mother, and grandmother.  She retired from Texas Roadhouse accounting department. She was also a great cook and loved to have family gatherings where she could make all of her favorite dishes! She always made you feel welcome and had a smile on her face.  She will be greatly missed by all those that knew her.

Survivors include her husband, Bill Davenport; children, Christopher Davenport (Amanda Nethery) and Haley Dahl (Adam); grandchildren, Bennett and Weston Dahl and Elayna, Isla and Jack Nethery; sister, Sarah Hatfield (Randy); and brothers, Bob (Sharon) and Matt (Heather) Maskey.

Funeral mass is 10am Friday, April 25, 2025 at St. Elizabeth of Hungary Catholic Church, 1024 E. Burnett St, Louisville, KY with burial in St. Michael Cemetery.  Visitation is 12-8pm Thursday, April 24, 2025 at Fern Creek Funeral Home, 5406 Bardstown Road, Louisville, KY.
