Carl Carroll, 89, died Friday, September 23, 2022.

He was born May 14, 1933 in Edmonson County, Kentucky, son of Guy Carter and Susie Wardie Childress Carroll.   Carl retired from General Electric and of the Baptist faith.

In addition to his parents, Carl was preceded in death by his wife, Antha Maydell Barnett Carroll; and siblings, Alice Bruce (Ray, Sr.), Gladys Rigdon (Johnny), Birdie Mae "Pepper" Rigdon, Walter "Petie" Carroll and Willie "Fox" Carroll (Phyllis).

He is survived by his daughter, Pam Carroll; siblings, Betty Lou Clenney (Jimmy), and Roger and Jerry Carroll; and brother-in-law, Charles Rigdon.

His funeral is 10am EST Wednesday, September 28, 2022 at Fern Creek Funeral Home in Louisville, KY followed by burial at 1:30 CST at Stevenson United Methodist Church in Franklin, KY.  Visitation is 12-7pm EST Tuesday, September 27, 2022 at the funeral home.
