Brett Frazier Adkins, 40, died Thursday, December 11, 2025 in Louisville, Kentucky.

He was born July 22, 1985, son of Flem and Judith Ogle Adkins.  Brett was a graduate of Jeffersontown High School and a member of the Chargers Baseball Team.  He loved life, family, music, hunting and his many friends.

In addition to his parents, Brett is survived by his brother, Parker Adkins.

His ashes will be scattered at the family farm.
