Brent Michael Graves, born February 13,1985, died Saturday, December 20, 2025 in Washington County, Kentucky at the age of 40.

He was a plumber for Allgeier Plumbing. He and his family attended Southeast Christian Church in Bardstown.  Brent was an avid fisherman and loved to hunt; a true outdoorsman. He loved watching UK but his true love was watching and cheering on his kids playing ball. He was their biggest fan and #1 supporter. When not at the ball field he enjoyed spending time on his farm, tending to his animals and gardening usually with his 2 year old son in tow. Brent was a tremendous husband and father who loved his family fiercely. He will be greatly missed.

He is preceded in death by his father, Thomas Larry Graves; maternal grandparents; Sidney and Betty Rudd Mudd.; and paternal grandfather, Leo Graves.

He is survived by his wife, Meredith Graves; sons, Xavier Michael Graves and Andrew Thomas Graves; his mother, Melanie Mudd Maupin (Lee); stepchildren, Judah Kruer, Jayden Kruer and Feven (Alazar); siblings, Bryan Graves (LaShain), Gabriel Smith (Chelsea), stepbrothers, Patrick Smith, Christopher Smith, stepsisters, Nikki Maupin, Kristen Maupin and Tiffany Reardon. Paternal Grandmother; Lula Mae Graves; parents-in-law, Garry Lawson (Denise); brother-in-law, Jeremy Lawson (Jessie).

A memorial visitation will be held from 1-4pm Saturday, January 10, 2025 at Fern Creek Funeral Home, 5406 Bardstown Road, Louisville, Kentucky.
