Betty Mattingly, 88, died Monday, September 5, 2022.

She was born Elizabeth A. Mills on July 27, 1934 in Union County, Kentucky, daughter of Joseph and Agnes Coney Mills.

Betty was a retired secretary for the old Rhone-Poulene, Inc. and a member of St. Gabriel Catholic Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Albert Mattingly, Jr.; and children, Gerry Mattingly and Julie Kiefer and is survived by her daughter, Pamela Hastings; grandchildren, Lindsey and Lauren Hastings and Emily Kiefer; great granddaughter, Ivy Gates; siblings, James and Joe Mills and Mary Jo Faught; and son-in-heart, Pat Hastings.

Funeral mass is 10:30am Saturday, September 10, 2022 at St. Gabriel Catholic Church, 5505 Bardstown Road with private burial in Highland Memory Gardens.  Visitation 3-7pm Friday, September 9, 2022.
