Anthony Nathaniel Richey-Lax, 25, died Wednesday, January 21, 2026.

He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Debra Lax; grandfather, Michael T. Richey; and aunt, Christina Richey.

Survivors include his mother, Amy Lax; father, Tony Richey; grandparents, Mary Richey and Ralph T. Lax; siblings, Jacob Smith, Desiree Richey and Brielle Richey; aunt, Melissa Lax; uncles, Ralph C. Lax and Landyn Lax; and many other family members.

Memorial service is 6pm Friday, January 30, 2026 at Fern Creek Funeral Home, 5406 Bardstown Road with private inurnment in Penn Run Memorial Park.  Visitation is after 3pm Friday until the time of the service.
