Ann Hatfield Elliott, 95, passed on Sunday, April 23, 2023.

She was born Elizabeth Ann Stout on July 27, 1927, daughter of Cleveland and Golda May Berry Stout.

Ann graduated Fern Creek High School in 1945, and retired in 1984 as an IBM keypunch operator at Belknap Manufacturing and Hardware. She was a member of the Church of Christ at both Jeffersontown and Buechel.

She was widowed at a young age in 1969, when her husband, Clinton Hatfield passed. Later, she married Bud Elliott who passed in 1992. In addition, she was preceded in death by brothers, Emmit and Edward Stout; sister, LaTichia Haag; and granddaughter, Adriene Hatfield.

She is survived by children, Janet Lowman(Lanny), Beverly Jean Hatfield, and David Hatfield (Patty); 6 grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; 3 great, great, grandchildren; and another due in June.

Ann loved to travel with family and friends, visit children, music, playing ball, playing games, the Kentucky Derby, and she was a true-blue Kentucky Wildcat Fan! She was a product of a tough generation, a survivor. She will be loved and missed by many!

Her funeral is 2pm Thursday, April 27, 2023 at Fern Creek Funeral Home, 5406 Bardstown Road with private burial. Visitation is after 10am Thursday until the time of the service.
