Andy Cook, 69, died Friday, May 12, 2023.

He was born Andrew Eugene Cook on January 12, 1954, son of William and Isabella Horseman Cook.  Andy worked as a project manager for NTS Development.

In addition to his parents, Andy was preceded in death by his sisters, Ann Emmons and Donna Butler.

He is survived by his wife, Linda Peyton Cook; children, Kimberly Woosley (Michael), Kristin Baker, and Adam Cook (Kimberly); stepson, James Emery; grandchildren, Courtney Cunningham, Brooke Schubel, Amelia Cook, Katelyn Woosley, Kendall Baker, Kylie Baker, Vida Perkins, Nevaeh Perkins, Harper Litsey, A.J. Cook, Kamden Baker and Adelaide Cook; and siblings, Bill Cook (Libby), Mary Weigel and Dennis Cook (Sharon).

Visitation begins at 2pm and concludes with a time of remembrance at 6:30pm on Friday, May 19, 2023 at Fern Creek Funeral Home, 5406 Bardstown Road.
